09.02.2023 Not my first time but first time after the pandemic. Five star from the entrance to the reception until the massage and til the end of my whole spa experience. Great ambiance- quiet, calm, smelled nice inside. Staff are polite and professional. I love the Swedish massage. Facilities are clean-the shower, toilet, changing area, wet area.

Loved the spa facilities, the welcome service, and the massage treatment. I prefer their deluxe rooms + common areas over the other branches' premiere suites ambience wise. I would go back and book a spa treatment with them again.

This is hands down the best place to get a massage in Metro Manila/Quezon City area. The staff is very friendly and professional and the ambiance of the place is peaceful and nice. I went here three times. The full body massage was good but the oriental foot massages are my favorite. Ana did the first one and she was great. Angel was my last one and it was the best foot massage that I’ve ever gotten. She was attentive and made sure that I was satisfied. Thank you guys! I will definitely come back here.

Service was just okay, so considering the price point it was pretty disappointing, especially since we've tried other branches in the past and have been very satisfied, availing of the exact same service. The massage was not that relaxing. I had to tell my therapist to slow down kasi parang nagmamadali siya, and her positioning felt very awkward at times. My husband had to keep telling his therapist to increase pressure and she evetually told him he should have just picked another massage, which was definitely strange. I'm also not sure when they opted to change the way the massage is done. Now they massage your scalp while you're facing down so your face keeps getting pressed into the pillow and it's very uncomfortable. And instead of a towel they use these small to medium sized sheets that really don't feel good against your skin when pressed and it's as if you have lots of handkerchiefs on top of you while you get the massage. Will not be coming back, at least in this branch.

We were gifted with an Executive package for a couple. We avail it at Trinoma. We were received by excellent staff from reception to treatment. We had a mind and body wellness treatment along with facial treatment. The locker /shower rooms for both men and women are pristine clean. Our lady masseuse were perfect in giving us the massage we needed as well as our facial technicians. Love the ginger tea offered too. Thank you and see you again. 😊
