My review only pertains sa receptionist or kung sino man naghahandle ng reservations. Sunday nagmessage ako sa messenger nila, walang response though na-seen naman nila. Monday, I tried contacting them thru sms, mabagal sila sumagot. So I called them to confirm my reservation kasi may specific thera ako na nirereqiest, kaso bumili raw receptionist nila. Waiting lang ako sa call for more than 5 mins. Unfortunately, hindi makakapasok daw yung thera that day. Then, Thursday I messaged them again if available yung thera. They said 6pm pa. Around 5:59pm sabi ko if available na siya please let me know. They said wala pa si thera and take note i-update daw nila ako. Past 8pm na wala pa rin update, so ako na nag-ask ng update. Then sabi may request daw si thera ng 9:30pm. So sabi ko hindi na ako pwede kung after pa ng 9:30pm request niya ako magstart. They offer pa ibang thera then sabay aabi na may na una raw sa akin magrequest. How come may nauna? Saka kung gusto ko ibang thera, nagawa ko na sana nung Monday pa. Very poor customer service yung receptionist ninyo. Time-waster.

Ganda ng ambiance ang bango at malinis. So relaxing thanks to Judy na therapist ko gumaan pakiramdam ko ☺️ and to Princess na din naka-assign kay hubby. Thank you din sa very accomodating na receptionist Leizel 🤗 balik uli kame! 🙂

I highly recommend Thai Royale Spa Tomas Morato.. Easy Transaction with Ms Jenice and Ms Liezel ❤️ We book for 20 persons last October 11, 2024. Pag akyat namin sa 2nd Floor at paglabas sa elevator nakaka relaks na ung amoy and also yung mga therapist nila magagaling din super narelaks kaming lahat satisfied din ang boss ko sa service nila at malinis yung area ndi ako napahiya sa boss ko sa pag recommend ko sa Thai Royale Spa. Isa pa sa nakakatuwa yung Cookies nila halos naubos ng mga kasama ko sa sarap (walang picture pero 2 na lang ung natira) hahaha Sa sunod na punta daw magdala na sila ng milk Hahaha. called about 10 minutes ago to inquire about their services pero NAPAKA BASTOS ng babaeng sumagot sa telepono. hindi pa ako tapos magsalita and the girl on the other line was already cutting me off telling me na madami daw cliente sa kaharap niya. i was about to say sana na willing to wait pero she assumed na hindi na ako tutuloy. i was excited sana to try this spa because it was recommended by the hotel whom i am staying but ended very disappointed. to the management of this branch do better and train your staff about proper customer service and etiquette. do not patronize this establishment!

5 🌟 for the service. 10/10 for my therapist, Ate Julia. Tanggal lahat ng lamig. Sobrang galing and very professional. Everyone is accomodating. Thanks kay Ate Leizel na super bait din. 💗
