I recently treated myself to the Reset Complete Experience at Reset - Premier Spa, and let’s just say I finally got the "reset" I’ve been craving. From the moment I stepped inside, the outside world just… faded. The ambiance is incredibly cozy—not that stiff, clinical vibe some high-end spas have, but a genuine, serene sanctuary. The amenities are lush and thoughtfully designed, strike a perfect balance between modern luxury and a calming, nature-inspired aesthetic. The 3.5-hour journey was pure bliss. My therapist was a total pro—truly A+ care from start to finish. You can tell they aren’t just going through the motions; they are highly skilled at finding every single knot you didn’t even know you had. It wasn't just a treatment; it felt like a personalized wellness session. I walked out feeling lighter, clearer, and completely recharged. If you’ve been running on empty, do yourself a favor and book the full experience. It’s a bit of a time commitment, but every minute is an investment in your sanity.

The service was great! I had the Reset Complete Experience, and I’d say it’s definitely worth the price. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the massage really hit the right pressure points. I also got to enjoy the sauna and steam room all to myself that was really relaxing. ✨ However, the only downside was that the massage rooms weren’t fully enclosed; they were only divided by curtains. I couldn’t fully relax because I could hear other guests chatting nearby, footsteps coming in and out, and the door closing loudly whenever someone entered the massage area. 😩🥲

The lush surroundings, complete with towering fruit trees and beautifully crafted bonsais, transport you to a tranquil retreat. The soothing sounds of birdsong add to the ambiance. The facilities rival those of a luxury hotel, with plush towels and linens ensuring utmost comfort. But the true highlight is the exceptional massage therapy. My therapist worked magic on my stiff shoulders, restoring mobility in just one session! Value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely return to this haven. Highly recommended!

Easy booking; courteous staff; nice, clean, hygienic facilities; safe lockers; great massage and overall spa experience. We booked the Reset Complete Experience, and we were NOT disappointed. For the RCE, we had 15mins Sauna, 15mins Steam Bath, body scrub, and a 120-minute deep tissue massage (we got a 30-min extension on the massage). The entire experience took 3.5 hours. Total relaxation. Totally worth the price! The bath house area is clean and private. They provide towels and bath robes, and a locker with key to put your things in. For the RCE, a quick shower is recommended upon arrival, then you can go to the sauna and steam bath areas before getting a body scrub. They have doorbells for you to call the attention of staff while in the sauna/steam room. Very private area and no other people so it wasn’t awkward or anything. Truly de-stressing! The massage area is enclosed, so no noises from people chitchatting. Each massage bed is in a separate room. Two adjacent cubicles can be turned into a couple room on request. All the staff were courteous and friendly, and maintained a professional posture. We came at night, started at 9pm and finished 12:30ish. Hot tea served after. Tip envelopes were so nice— leather wallets with the therapists names embossed on it. Payments thru QR, bank transfer, GCash, or cash available. Sorry no pics, phones in locker 😂

REVIEW SUMMARY : Great place to unwind and relax. DOWNSIDE; NO Credit card payments, NO PWD/ Senior discount.. CASH payment or Online transfer ONLY COME BACK? : YES! ~ But hopefully things get better like the advice below as they are operating for more than 1 year already according to therapist . So things as CC payment or Senior/Pwd discounts is a simple business necessity for the service sector. Great place to unwind and have your massage. My therapist Eve was very good and i was able to relax after my session in their hands and service. But the downside is they only accept online banking/ gcash or cash. No credit card yet. And was surprised as well that they don’t accept senior / PWD. So another thing to keep in mind as I got the complete reset package with an add on of hot stone and Tipped 2 people for the complete reset.( was not included in the picture but I was given 2 trays and two tipping wallet, for the scrubber and massage therapist. Took me a while to pay as I finished at 11:30 pm and only my therapist was around. So it’s always better to pay in advance. Some things that I think should be added. 1. A wristlet rfid to enter the sauna and shower amenity as it does not have lock or safe privacy, it’s directly accessible as it is beside the washroom and open access to passersby( which can be possible for simple accidents of wrong entry) 2. Have water bucket on the dry sauna. It’s not hot enough even if it’s on the highest tempt for the stones. The stones need to be wet to release steam. ( this part disappointed me as I was really expecting to stay in the sauna longer and ended up using their wet steam instead BUT as they explained that some experienced burns from putting water to the stones, they could just put warning signs and have a waiver signed for the risk of using it) 3. Since I did the total reset, my hair was washed but it felt especially dry, so please Have actual soap for hair, they probably used shampoo but it made my hair really dry . I suggest having conditioner as well for women or people with long hair who avails the service. My hair became especially dry! To the point that some of my hair fell from trying to fix it while wet. This experience came with high expectations, and great servuce. The breakdown of the service I availed: RESET COMPLETE EXPERIENCE: 1800 (2.5-3.5 hrs) ADD ON: HOT STONE- 300 Tip: 50 + 150 Total: 2300 ~Not bad and would recommend the complete reset experience ~
