A bit pricy. Not so clean. Parang may naunang gumamit nung bed tapos mukang hindi napalitan yung cover or hindi talaga nila pinapalitan? Hindi kasi nakaayos yung towel magulo sya and oily pa. Yung sheep na stuffed toy kulay gray na, same with the towels na white. Halatang madumi kahit dim yung lights. Yung massage okay naman.

Prime Essentia Visayas Ave branch. This is such an amazing massage spa to visit. From confirmation up to the moment we were about to leave the place, everything went smooth. The staff are very polite and accommodating. Their masseuse were all professional. I highly recommend Ms. Alma. They never fail to ask how was your experience. I would suggest availing their Gold membership for discounted rates.

We booked for 9 pm slot for couple massage and was confirmed but when we went there at 8.50 we were told to wait at 9.30. The 1.5 hour massage advertised was only 1 hour in the actual. The one who massaged my husband named Julie was great and highly recommended but the one who massage me was just so so. They have free tea at foot spa included.

Very poor customer service. "May ginagawa lang po" daw after how many late replies sa text and chat. I called their number, too. They just hung up on me after 2 minutes. Never apologized, never messaged back to continue the conversation. Only until too late do they then inform me na "walang available." How are they still in business? I would not patronize this branch or franchise again. They will just stress you out more.
