Had a terrible experience. Yes the staffs were nice, but the services? Nope. We availed 90 mins massage with hand and foot reflexology. They left the hot compress on our back for 15 minutes. A waste of 15 mins. Overall, they massaged us for only 60 mins. Including their so called hand and foot reflexology which is INCLUDED in any kind of massage. Nothing special. We Started 7:30 and finished at 8:45. Not recommended. We tried different massage spa but this one’s the worst so far.

I scheduled a 90 minute massage with hot stone treatment last weekend. And the massage therapist did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and communicating with me about what kind of massage I wanted and how much pressure. The staff and the owner were very friendly and the spa itself, although small, was cozy and inviting. I would certainly visit again!

We availed the 1h30m massage service and chose Hot Stone as our addon. In the midst of the massage, they then left us because apparently they need to leave the hot stone on our backs but we can hear them gossiping outside for more than 30 minutes! We had to call their attention to come back and continue their service as they must have forgotten about their client waiting LOL.

I just want to let you know that we had a bad experience last night (February 6, 2023). We booked a 1 1/2 hour session, starts at 9:30pm for four (4). Session started 9:50pm ended 11:15pm. They made us wait and didn’t finish the session booked. One was using her cellphone and the other was sleepy during the session. When we’re about to pay, we said we’re paying by GCash. The receptionist answered irked and rudely said that we should have advised earlier though when we called to inquire and booed an appointment we asked if they accept GCash. Long story short, we weren’t happy with the services and the attendants. Rating: 1 - extremely dissatisfied customer service

I had my reservation and went there but they told us that they have to bump our reservation to another 50 mins. due to existing customer extending the massage hour. They could have anticipated that there was a reservation that will be affected and could have declined the extension. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR RESERVATION SYSTEM!

We have a confirmed booking today at 9:30PM but when we got there, we were informed that they overbooked and they can no longer accomodate us. Asked us if we can rebook the next day. Very disappointed with how they manage their reservations.

Sulit ang bayad, went there with my mom, na-enjoy nya talaga hot stone massage, staffs are accommodating too, will definitely go back again soon, thanks! 💛
