Palm Home Massage

This company tries to give you different massage therapist every time you make a reservation. Don’t you guys know what a continuity of care means or if a client is already used to one therapist? Obviously the client will request for that particular massage therapist. But no, you give excuses in order for you to assign another therapist to clients. Unfortunately you’re caught on your alibis. Not a good practice!!

Bad customer service. When I came in at about 4:15pm, the staff asked me to sit down and wait for my turn. After 20 minutes of waiting, they told me that the next available time would be 5:30pm. Such a waste of time that I needed to wait for 20 mins only to be told that I need to wait another hour.

The place is good ang the therapist is very professional and they will not force you to give a money tip not like other spa
