Sad! So disappointed😞. Wasted money! Not satisfied d na kami babalik dyan.. Natutulog ang therapists. Wag na po kayo mag 12 or 1am if matutulog lang therapist nyo. Kindly clean also mga higaan. Baka may mga pest ang kati..

Not good experience, we booked in advance pero hindi nasunod yung time and we still waited for 30 mins. Maingay ang mga therapists and tao na dumadaan sa labas siguro sa structure narin ng massage area. Curtain is a bit open kaya parang nasisilip ka sa labas especially sa case ko nasa bungad ako. Also, comment ng other ko kasama, nagmamadali yung therapist at hindi na hihit yung spot and may time na lumabas pa yung isang therapist daw for almost 5 minutes.

Branch - congressional This is not a SPA - but a "Palengke" My frustration to have a quiet, relaxing, safe with full privacy for this "BIG SPA" is overwhelming. Here are my General Comments: > nagkalat ang staff sa hallway > maingay, kwentuhan - may nag english accent pa >need pa sumitsit ng thera ng 2x para manahimik ang empleyado ->inaapropriate move > pero maingay at tuloy pa din ang kwentuhan >may amoy ang butas ng bed > the linens or towels - amoy kulob - > parang re-use or di nalabhan >masikip ang kwarto - na kailangan itulak ang bed left and right >which is annoying kung saan nakaka idlip ka na while having massage > not secured - walang sabitan ng damit. > massage style is ok - rough nga lang - naramdaman ko ang kuko ng thera bumabaon - dapat trimmed ang kuko nila > short-cut ang massage - nagmamadali may mga areas na di nagawa like belly and scalp > i think walang certificate mga tao nyo. please check this out - pag navisit kayo ng DOH magsasara ang business nyo or QC sanitation BPLO > this is not to demerit you guys - but to improve your facilities, Service, enhance quality and systems Di na ako babalik sa SPA nyo kahit marami pa kayong branches PLEASE DO IMPROVE. Thanks

The other reviews are true. Maingay nga. Dinig na dinig usapan ng mga naka-tambay na staff pati customers. Masyado ding greasy yung oil na gamit. Para kang deep fried pagkatapos ng massage. Yun lang, very affordable ang rates nila. Ok din yung massage.

Congressional branch-2nd time ko na kala ko kagaya pa din my first time-di maganda yun nagmassage sakin this time, parang baguhan lng maraming kulang sa massage nya, hindi ako satisfied, maingay din sa labas ng room, hindi din mabango kagaya nun una kong punta.nakaka off din na nakatambay mga therapist sa labas nakahilera pagpasok ng entrance.

Just wanted to complain about a recent experience from one of your masseurs alicia. I’ve been a long time customer who brought many friends and family to your spa and this has been by far the most degrading exprience we’ve had. She was rude and very disrespectful. My brother came with me to relax per my recommendation but had a very unpleasant experience "initially he was asked is the pressure okay sir?" So he responded he would like it hard. Ang sagot ni alicia with her loud voice "kung gusto mo ng hard sir wag mong tigasan yung katawan mo irelax mo lang" in a very rude tone. And that did not end there while the natural response of someone who values her job would be "okay na po ba to or more pressure pa?" Eh ang sagot niya, "kung di ka satisfied sakin sir may chance ka pa magpalit Kesa masayang oras ko." Like wow. Just wow! My brother then asked for her not to continue because would want that kind of customer service right? I hope you will take this incident seriously and reprimand her accordingly. Your employees is a reflection of the business. How a person treats their customer mirrors the business.

Two good experiences, one with kuya Ryan and another kuya Thi (?). Recommend this spot. 🙌🏻
