Slow replies and unprofessional handling of customers at its finest. 💯 Apparently, they charge 100% downpayment for ‘first time customers’. Quite reasonable. But what turned me off is that they cannot even dedicate a minute in actually checking their records and validate that I am in fact NOT a first time customer. They kept insisting that I am a first time customer when in fact, I had multiple bookings of massages and even consultation for the other services just a few months back. They couldn’t bother checking their records and kept on insisting that I pay in advance. No wonder the changes on this spa are never ending. Good luck
