Gagaling mga therapist
Such a bad experience as a first timer. We booked 3 hours in advance for our 9:00 PM appointment. At 7:17 PM, we were informed that it would be moved to 10:00 PM due to only one therapist being available. We agreed to adjust. Then at 8:51 PM, we were suddenly told we could come at 9:00 PM instead. I replied that I could arrive around 9:30 PM since we still needed to travel. At 9:01 PM, I was informed that there was no therapist available and that our 10:00 PM appointment was cancelled. Very poor coordination and communication. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially for a first-time customer.
I gave 5 stars because I really like the performance of their therapists! The massage is so relaxing most especially the Vietnamese HEAD SPA!!! It is so good to the point that it made me sleep during the massage. Also, the ambiance is so aesthetic! I will always choose this spa!!! ❤️ Thanks for the free candies and tea 🥰 Loyal customer since 2022 😙
The experience at Calm Escape Spa was incredible! It was so refreshing and relaxing. The therapists were super friendly, and the ambiance was just perfect. I highly recommend this spa! 💆♂️💖
5/5 for the best FAMILY spa experience. I got the premium headspa, husband got Shiatsu, and my two children got the Kiddie Massage. All services were calm and quiet and so therapeutic. My kids massage lasted 30 minutes but the wonderful ladies at the spa let them sleep through until we were done, they are still asleep now! I would love to come back if we visit Manila again!
