A group of 6 of us visited this spa during our short trip to Palawan, looking to pamper ourselves, and I must say, it did not disappoint! The staff were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to our messages, even with our last-minute changes to the schedule. I loved that they offered a wide range of services all in one spot. With so many of us enjoying multiple treatments, the staff expertly managed our appointments to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner. We tried hydrafacial, deep cleansing facial, lashes, pedicure, manicure, and foot spa, and all six of us were finished within 3 hours. We wanted to try the massages as well, but we didn’t have time this visit but hopefully next time!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience, we loved it so much!!

after 7 hours of driving, I can say that I received an excellent massage. The lady who massaged me has the hands of an angel, and the sensation and pleasure were at their best. thank you

I had a wonderful experience at BeautyFeel Haven today! I booked a Swedish massage and was impressed from the moment I walked in. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing—instantly putting me at ease. The therapist was not only professional and skilled but also incredibly friendly and kind. I especially appreciated how warmly we were accommodated—it really made the experience feel personal and relaxing. As an expecting mom, I felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout the session. The staff made sure I was comfortable at all times, which made a big difference. So impressed with the lady who made my Brazilian wax. She was so meticulous and making sure she did her work clean. But I was not satisfied with my full leg wax, It felt like the technician was rushing through the process,she left numerous patches of hair on my legs. I could clearly see and feel areas where the hair was not properly removed. Despite of my experience, I would still recommend this place. It’s less expensive, just make sure you check the work before leaving.

Super Massage. Ich hatte eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin. Leider wurden 30 min gebucht und im Endeffekt 1 1/2 Stunden massiert. Wir haben mehrfach gefragt wieso es so lange dauert. Dann wurden 200 Peso mehr berechnet also für die 1 1/2 Stunden auf der Liste standen. Also zwei Mal abgezogen… sehr schade da wir sonst zufrieden waren.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a 10 AM wax appointment, confirmed with them, arrived early, and no one seemed to know about it. After some confusion, they asked me to wait until 12pm. I told them my appt was for 10am so they left to call the therapist. After 10 minutes, I had to follow up—only to be told again it wouldn’t be available until noon. A complete waste of time and very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend

I came for a foot spa and a lightening clean face. Both service were made with care and professionalism. I recommend this center, it’s clean and welcoming. Also the prices are very reasonable. And they are really reactive on WhatsApp for any questions. Thank you Beauty Feel
