We got to the place late, because at night and because it was raining, we just couldn’t see the sign for the shop - they seriously need to make sure the sign is lit up! But no matter, we were entertained by the owner just fine. The place smelt nice, but I’d have to say that the blankets as couch covers, peeling wall paper, old linoleum flooring and others made the place look more make-shift than atheistic, or spa-like. But, the good news is we actually fell asleep during our massage. That rarely happens.. but it also could be because we had a big dinner before our massage, LOL…. so we’ll come back for another massage to find out for sure. haha.

Banahaw Spa is excellent, but Sir Larry stands out. Highly skilled, professional, and knows exactly where to apply the right pressure. One of the best massage experiences. highly recommended.
