100/10 ✨✨✨✨. Super okay yung massage theraphist ko. The place is small but the AC is okay. Malinis din yung beddings. Yung oil nila bet ko yung smell, hindi matapang ... so perfect sya sa mga may smell sensitivity na katulad ko. Plus their staff was very accommodating! It was a great experience! Thank you, Baan Balai for taking away my body pains. Worth every penny! 😍🙌🤗

Massage was good and staff were nice. I would give 5 stars, however, I might not go back because when another customer started playing Filipino parliamentary radio or something like that, loudly on his phone ruining the relaxing atmosphere none of the staff told him that he can't do that. In fact, they also allowed me to then pull out my phone and start playing a podcast at equally (perhaps louder volume). My masseuse kindly offered to move me to another location, but what should have happened is that staff should have told the customers they can't listen to stuff on their phone unless they have earbuds. This needs to be arranged by management otherwise it is a lottery- you might have a great time, or it might be terrible.

When here for a late night massage, they do have new therapist, will give 7/10 score for their service.

Had the best massage ever today. 60 minutes foot and back massage. Vladamira (?)(male) was amazing. Great deep pressure. Walked away feeling floaty. Going back tomorrow and maybe the next day. 500 pesos well spent.

Ich hatte die 70 min Ölmassage für 650P und muss sagen ich war positiv überrascht. Sehr viel Druck wurde genau auf die Problemzonen angewandt. einwandfrei. nur die A/C war mir zu kalt. anständige Massage!
