The best massage I have ever experience dito sa Albay. Madami na ako natry and may frequent na akong pinupuntahan pero after today dito na ako sa Le Serene lagi magpapa massage. Ang ganda and relaxing ng place at magaling ang mga staff. Di ako mapapahiya na irecommend ito sa mga kakilala ko.

I had a very disappointing experience at this spa salon. I arrived at 8:53 PM as a walk-in customer and immediately asked the receptionist if a masseur was available since I didn’t have an appointment. I was told that someone was available, so I agreed to proceed with the service. After being placed in the massage room and told to change, my masseur said she would step out and come back. I was then left waiting for a long time. My service didn’t start until 9:56 PM — over an hour after I arrived at 8:55 PM. I later found out she was pulled out to attend to a newly arrived client who was prioritized over me. This felt extremely unfair and unprofessional. Even as a walk-in, once you confirm availability and place a customer in a room, they should not be delayed or set aside for someone else. Respecting customers’ time should be a basic standard in any service business. I hope management addresses this issue and treats all clients equally moving forward.

The spa is neat & has a peaceful ambiance. The staff are nice and accommodating. The service I availed of was good. I highly recommend this spa. Thank you.
