We walked in for a couple’s massage expecting a relaxing experience. My massage was actually great, but unfortunately my partner’s experience was very different. The masseuse attending to him seemed not in the mood and the service felt rushed and lacking care. Instead of feeling relaxed after, my partner ended up with a headache and his mood completely changed. We still paid the full amount, but overall the experience was disappointing because the service was inconsistent. Hoping the staff can improve professionalism and customer care for all clients.

Unfortunately, our experience at this spa was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first issue was with their appointment scheduling, which was very unprofessional. We had booked an appointment in advance and even arrived about 10 minutes early. To our surprise, the receptionist informed us that there was only one therapist available and that the other therapist was still on the way. We were told to wait around 5 minutes, but that turned into nearly 30 minutes. On top of that, we had specifically booked the 75-minute massage, only to be told upon arrival that they could only accommodate a 60-minute session. At that point, the experience was already off to a very poor start, but we decided to proceed and give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, things only got worse during the massage. The therapists did not ask about our preferred pressure level and simply decided on their own. Throughout the session, they constantly talked and gossiped with one another, making it difficult to relax. The level of professionalism was far below what we expected from a spa. The massage itself was inconsistent and poorly executed. The pressure varied throughout the session, and some body parts received attention while others seemed to be skipped entirely. There was no clear structure or systematic approach to the massage. At one point, I even noticed the therapist using only one hand because she was looking at her phone. Yes, I personally saw this happen. This is completely unacceptable during a paid massage service. To make matters worse, one therapist repeatedly left the room during the session for reasons unknown, interrupting the treatment multiple times. Because of these interruptions, it felt like we received far less actual massage time than what we paid for. Although the session was supposed to be 60 minutes, it seemed closer to 50–55 minutes at most, and even that time was not continuous. I believe management may not be aware of what is happening during these sessions, but these issues need immediate attention. Therapists should not be using their phones, leaving clients unattended, or engaging in conversations with each other while providing a massage. Clients are paying for a professional and relaxing experience, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing spa experiences we have had, and we cannot recommend it based on our visit.
