The service was excellent — the staff were professional, courteous, and clearly well-trained in traditional Thai massage techniques. They took the time to understand what I needed and delivered a deeply relaxing and therapeutic session.

Randomly looking for a massage parlor guided us into this gem. Located on the 2nd floor of a residential building in Banawa, the banner is up front but you have to climb up the stairs and go right to the end to get to Nuat Thai. There is a small reception area with a small sofa. We didn't have to wait long for our turn. They offer a multitude of services, from 30 minute massages to hourly massages to two! Depending on what you want, you can pick between a Thai massage with or without oil, or a Swedish one. We had picked an hour Swedish massage. Before you're escorted inside, someone washes your feet and gives you a pair of slippers to wear. They then show you to your small room then gives you a change of clothes. Before the massage begins, the masseuse asks what intensity you prefer and it begins. All in all, it was pretty worth it, especially at their off peak time they offer a happy hour discount of 10%. I would go back and try their other offerings!

Though the massage is good but after has done the therapist asked what to sip so i requested to have a tea instead of water but UNFORTUNATELY what the therapist served is somewhat so very salty and smells ZONROX and was confirmed, i dunno what happened, so i asked them what kind of tea is it? and the guest admin said that their tea is bitter in taste, i said yes im a tea lover but why your tea tastes so salty and smells Zonrox. I have been getting massages here for a couple of months. I have always enjoyed it. All of the therapists that have given me massages have done a great job. Two specific items about this company are that they have a special Monday thru Friday from noon til five. They also accept credit cards. The only small complaint is that you can hear the traffic from the street sometimes and the water flowing in the building. Both of these are beyond the company's control. Excellent place overall.

I recently visited the spa for a Swedish massage. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. At the beginning of the session, the masseuse did not inquire about my preferred pressure level and began the massage without any introduction or communication. While the massage started out adequately, the quality noticeably declined midway through. The masseuse paused frequently, and I became aware that she had dozed off during the session. This significantly affected the continuity and overall experience of the massage. I hope the spa addresses this issue to ensure a more professional and relaxing service for future clients.

This massage business is great. Staff are all really friendly and welcoming, I’ve been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks whilst staying in the building above. The practitioners are all very good. Price is great. Would recommend Nuat Thai 👍🏼
