We tried this place first before booking a Valentine’s Day package sana, but unfortunately, this was the worst massage experience ever!!! The front desk staff, who is also one of the masseuses, was not welcoming at all. Alam mo yung feeling na parang hindi ka welcome pagdating mo? Ganun exactly ang dating niya (Aiza ata yung name nun). I’ve been to many massage parlors already, and I can honestly say this was the most unpleasant and horrible experience so far. Hindi talaga marunong, garubal, bara-bara. Imbes ma relax ka, magdadasal kna lang na sana matapos na kaagad Never again. Hindi na kami babalik dito, ever!!!😒

Fantastic experience! I had the leisure to book massage and sauna last week. The staff took the time to ask my problem areas before starting, which i appreciate. They were highly professional and immediately made me feel at ease. The atmosphere and facilities was tranquil, with serene music and aromatheropy that truly made me unwind. I will definitely be back!

They offer great spa packages plus a great sauna. Also, you will be served good tea after.

A lot of problems: if you book for the next day or a weekend day you have to pay complete or they don't reserve. The dry sauna is not hot enough, highest 50 ° C and the steam sauna is OK. The pool is sometimes not clean and the filter don't run and it's not enough water in the pool. After 30 min is the sauna off than you must complain. It's all very clean and the massage is wonderful

Definitely a go-to-place when you're in Calapan city! Booked several times with family and friends... tried once all by myself (mom's me time) 😄 ... the relaxation you deserve! New and clean amenities. You can also order @ Arsenias after spa and dine in @ their function room with overlooking view of kabukiran. Love this place❤

The first of its kind in Calapan... great place for family for a relaxing massage with wet areas (jakuzzi, steam & sauna rooms, hot/warm pools) separate for male and female. Partially opened at this time (Jan 2021)... future features: coffee shop, function rooms, more massage area.
