I love their swedish massage. I thought 1 hour wasn't enough just like other spa and massage services. Shoutout to my therapist Roxanne na hindi tinantanan ang mga lamig ko. 🙂

I am very happy with Spa Natura! Always go here when I am in Negros. I am especially writing a review because I left valuable earrings and only realized it after 2 days. I was so happy that it was there and they returned it to me 😊
The place is clean. But we booked a Swedish massage and it felt like she was only rubbing oil on my back. I asked her to add more pressure and she would for about 10 minutes and then she get back to just rubbing. We will be using their sauna and no one assists us to tell us what to do, and their sauna is extremely hot that you can't stay inside. Even their bathrobe for showering and use for massage are too old and already have many holes. Too noisy in the hallway that you can't relax for a massage.
Definetly the best massage place ever. Very profesional and they make sure to remove any pains you have. Feel free to ask for Dulce. She is the best and friendliest person! The enviromsnt is nice. The place smells nice and You can be yourself without anyone staring at you. Why does google not have 10 stars!
Massage is just ok, no technique (just meh). Customer service is bad. Front office does not want to sell additional services.. also does not want to provide ginger tea for two people (only for 1) because they "already ran out" of it at 1AM.
if you’re in bacolod, best to close your trip by dropping by here. facilities are clean and modern, masseurs are very nice and the massage i had (from Leah) was superb!
