As a busy working mom, their generous raffle was such a treat and meant the world to me. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The ambiance was so warm and inviting, and the welcome house tea was the perfect touch. Plus, I can't rave enough about the Premium Brazilian Botox Treatment I received for my damaged hair - it was just what I needed to restore its health and vitality. I highly recommend Hilway Spa and Wellness to anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again!

It was my first time to be in this so called "SPA".I booked online for the promo which is up until 2pm but we had a hard time looking for their Salon (I actually asked details on chat for the location but never I received any exact location with a landmark) Arrived at 2:10pm and waited to have the room empty. I enter the room at 2:24pm but found out that the beddings have still salt. I asked the therapist if they can change the beddings and she immediately changed it asking forgiveness and telling me that it was the scrub that was used from the previous customer (so obviously proper is not observe esp this pandemic). So we started at 2:28pm and ends at 2:58pm. I was shocked because they said it is for an hour service.So, i clean myself,get up and change. I go downstairs and pay and the lady on the front desk said that I will be charge for the non promo hour since I started past 2pm. Funny coz they said I had the service in an hour but I didn't started at 2pm. Instead I could relax and be stressed free,what happened was totally opposite. Goodluck to your lousy business.

Such a great place for relaxation as the ambiance feels nice and relaxing too. The staffs are kind and well-cleaned. Great experience! Will definitely go back to hilway from time to time.
