I’ve been undergoing RFM and Essential Cleanse treatments at Remedy for the past few months. I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my skin, especially with my acne scars, and it looks much glossier and healthier now. I’m really thankful for the treatment and the care I’ve received. Ms. Angel has been a delight very professional and makes every facial treatment session comfortable and relaxing.

The doctors, nurses, aestheticians, and staff I’ve met have all been so warm and patient with me, and they truly listened to every concern I had. I’m genuinely grateful for everything Remedy has done for me. They’ve been such a big part of my skincare journey that I ended up recommending them to my family too. I booked a treatment that has four sessions, but due to time constraints, I only completed two. Since I loved the results, I reached out to their team, thank you Anj, to ask about extending my sessions, and they accommodated my request. Every team member, thank you Janine, I spoke to was professional, attentive, and happy to answer all my questions. The skin analysis was insightful and helped me better understand my skin’s needs. I’ve been so happy with my experience that I’ve even recommended the clinic to my sister.

Had a really good experience at Remedy Vertis North. The consultation felt very thorough and personalized instead of just pushing treatments immediately. They explained my skin condition, triggers, and realistic expectations clearly, especially regarding acne management, irritation, and consistency with skincare. Special thanks to Ms. Dash and Dr. Elle for being very accommodating, patient, and informative throughout the whole process. She explained the regimen and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone new to medical-grade skincare. I also appreciated that they emphasized gradual adjustment and proper skin barrier care instead of overloading products all at once. The clinic itself was clean, professional, and calming. Looking forward to seeing how my skin improves over time.

Doc Carina carefully addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The entire staff is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommended!
