Super satisfied po ako sa service na binigay ni Ma’am Jov. I’m a first time client and super shy talaga ako pag pasok ko but Ma’am Jov made me comfortable the whole time na brinazilian wax niya ako. Magaan ang kamay ng nag assist saken. Her name is ate Daisy. Mabait at hindi nagmamadali unlike sa Megamall na parang tamad na tamad yung gumawa saken dun na nagmamadali matapos. Ate Daisy was so gentle at meron din sila nilagay na cream saken sa megamall wala saken nilagay 🫣 Malinis at mabango din yung lugar nila. Malamig din ang aircon. Babalik ako dito sa Hampton. Dito na ko magmemaintain ng aking waxing sesh! ❤️

Very unprofessional experience with the staff named Daisy. She entered the room without giving me time to finish undressing, which was uncomfortable and disrespectful. The sugar waxing technique was improper—she was plucking hair with sticky wax on her hands instead of waxing properly, causing unnecessary pain. When I asked to give feedback, she sarcastically asked "why?". Worst and most painful waxing experience. Would not recommend.
I've tried many branches already but I always go back to Hampton Gardens Branch as the staff (Elber) is quite helpful and giving tips on how to take care of the services she had done especially the brazilian waxed, she cleaned up and double checked the areas and making sure her client is quite impressed on her services. Other staff is helpful too and accommodating. Thank you. More power.
