Very satisfied ako sa result within my 3rd session of TCA CROSS. Promising at makikita mo ang improvements. Slowly but surely. Napaka super friendly pa ng staffs and lalo na si Doc Amy Chua. Napaka gentle ng kanyang procedures when handling skin problems. Kudos po sa AC Skin Health Family ☺️

Hello, gusto ko lang i-share yung experience ko sa clinic na ito. First time ko magpa-book sa isang dermatology clinic kaya hindi ako masyadong pamilyar sa proseso nila. May appointment ako ng 4:00 PM at dumating ako around 3:45 PM. Nakakadismaya lang dahil halos 1 hour and 30 minutes akong naghintay. Habang naghihintay ako, may mga pasyenteng dumating pagkatapos ko pero nauna pa silang ma-accommodate kahit pare-pareho naman kaming may appointment. Hindi rin halos nasunod yung first come, first served basis, kaya nakakalito kung paano pinaprioritize ang mga pasyente. Napansin ko rin na yung dermatologist na nagko-consult ay siya rin ang gumagawa ng procedures tulad ng facial, kaya parang napuputol-putol yung pag-accommodate sa mga for consultation. Karamihan pa sa mga bagong dating ay for facial procedures at sila pa ang nauuna. Dahil dito, nalito ako kung paano nila mina-manage yung appointment system nila. Sa sobrang tagal ng paghihintay, umalis na lang ako at hindi na natuloy ang consultation ko. Medyo disappointing lang kasi nag-set nga ng appointment pero parang hindi rin nasusunod. Sana mas maayos nila yung scheduling at waiting time para hindi masayang ang oras ng mga pasyente at para alam din namin kung ano ang aasahan kapag may appointment.

Highly recommend this clinic! Everyone was very kind, respectful, and accommodating. I was honestly nervous at first because I thought I might be judged for my acne, but they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions patiently. I can already see changes in my face, and I’m very thankful to Doc Aldrix for always answering my million questions 😅 Also, thank you to the one handling this FB page for being very responsive and approachable. Great service overall! ⭐️
