First time ko sa Wink Laser Studio and nag-avail ako ng underarm laser. All the staff are very accommodating, friendly, and professional — pagpasok mo pa lang, naka-smile na sila to greet you kaya very welcoming talaga yung vibe. I-explain nila mabuti yung mga do’s and don’ts before and after the procedure, which I really appreciate since first timer ako. Consistent din sila mag-check in through SMS and send reminders, so ramdam mo na inaalagaan ka talaga as a client. May time pa na nag-request ako mag-reschedule and ang dali nila kausap — very smooth and na-accommodate nila agad ako. Shoutout to Ms. Nessel, Ms. Mary, and Ms. Tin! And especially to Ms. Aii for doing my laser treatments! 👏🏻 ✨💖 Honestly, magta-try lang sana ako once… pero eto na, pang-3rd session ko na 😂 Nabudol sa package haha! But no regrets — as a balbunin girly, nakita ko kaagad yung results. This is definitely one of my best investments. Highly recommended Wink Laser Studio – Rockwell branch! 👏🏻

Sharing my experience with Wink and nurse joma. Started this journey last year, i wanted to be a bit more confident sa sarili ko so I avail the services. And for me, its life changing. Mas nakakasuot na ako ng mga sleeveless na damit and mas confident to wear clothes I wouldn't normally wear. It's worth it for me. Kahit medyo pricey siya, iba yung feeling na alam mong maganda yung result and hindi magbabackfire sa side effects yung service na inavail mo. I'm very very very lucky na si nurse joma yung naghandle sakin. Madali siya kausap, detailed yung discussion niya with the process and after care, she doesnt try to upsell what I don't need. Mabilis lang din yung process sa kaniya and kitang kita yung result every session. Parang 1st session pa lang, boosted na agad yung confidence ko. Sobrang galing niya and yung bedside manners niya. Had a great experience at Wink for my laser treatment. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The receptionists, Miss Mary and Miss Neselle, were very easy to approach and made setting an appointment smooth and hassle-free. My nurse, Miss Rich, was also very approachable and made me feel safe throughout the procedure. The whole process was fast, comfortable, and well handled. Highly recommend!
