I was enticed to try their massage services since their ads were all over SM department store. I expected to have a superb and relaxing time when I availed. But, What actually happened? - I was itching all over my body during the session (am sensitive to bed covering when its not properly cleaned/dusted so I think that it may not have been cleaned properly) - The masseuse was VERY talkative but her skills was meh. Like seriously, she was literally just making a wiping motion on my body instead of ACTUAL massage! I dont know if she was just being intentionally lazy, tired, or simply sucks on doing her job. - Worse part was the masseuse was active on attending to me only while I was paying and waiting for my change. Ofc, she expects her tip. Baga kaayo og naong. - It was also annoying to hear how some of their staff makes repeated "jokes" on their regulars to upgrade to VIP packages when their service is not so VIP. Don’t they know that persistence invite screams cheap? To the management, please improve ur hygienic practices (esp. the beddings) and review of ur employees service. It wud b helpful if u can provide survey or feedback form ur clients.

It was amazing the staff was so very good. I would love to come back again and again. The masseuse was perfectly amazingly good, like superb. I would recommend this establishment.

Customer service is good but I feel bad for the staffs because they seem to be understaffed. The pretty lady doing our facials did try her best but she was doing facials one customer after the next and even 2 customers at the same time which made the service happen too fast and with an akward pause per step of the treatment because she would then transfer to the other customer and then back to me again. I think they would've had the best service if they had more staff helping this lady. The interior is nice also.

the 5/5 rating does not give justice, their service is superb and everyone is just so nice. I can’t wait to go back!
