If there's 0/5 I'll give it to this clinic. I've been a regular client in SM Megamall and I had no choice but to have my facial in this branch because I am currently staying in Cavite for personal reasons and I have my international trip this weekend so I had to quickly book my appointment here to have facial and pimple injection. I initially asked to be scheduled for 4 PM but then dahil I have meeting for work I called them 1.5 hrs before my appointment and asked if we could move my appontment to 5 PM and they said it's okay and namove na. I arrived at 5:05 PM signed their forms and waited patiently. Umpisa pa lang mg pagkadating ko pangit na approach sakin nung aesthetician na nakasalamin. And ako lang tao doon pero inuna nila yung walk in and hindi man lang nila ni-note na nagpa move ako ng 5 PM. Take note pinagpasahan pa ko ni Rose at ng isang aesthetician nila and when I finally crashed out because of them being disrespectful and disorganized I was called "nagsusungit" when in fact harap harapan nilang pinupush ang procedure ko at inuuna ang mga walk in at 5:30 PM CLIENTS!

kung alam ko lang na grabe magiging break out ko after ko magpa facial dito, hindi nalang sana lol. oa pa ng marks after 🙂

Their customer service is terrible, I experienced it with one of their doctors 3 years ago, she was really rude as she spoke and explained the procedure to me and caught her whispering to one of their assistants or whatsoever, I knew it was about me as the way she looked at me and the other lady, I just decided to ignore my experience as I didn’t have time to complain. But today, it’s different. I am not gonna let this one pass as the lady in the reception disrespected my senior citizen mother. She was scheduled at 1PM today for facial but got late due to heavy downpour, we understand that they couldn’t rebook her later today but they could have talked to her in a RESPECTFUL MANNER, I was on the phone listening and the lady was soooo rude as if she wasn’t conversing to an old woman. How she treated my mum broke my heart, it changed my mum’s mood, upset her and cancelled her other schedules for today because of that. It’s not fair! I hope the management looks into this and works on improving their customer service!

Had my facial done by Rose yesterday. Loved it. She was nice and polite. We talked the entire duration. As for the place, sana it can be more relaxing parang i feel like the place is too cramped kasi.

the service was good but the product that was given to me has an expiration date of the current month i purchased it. i am currently experiencing breakouts lately and i am skeptical if i will go back to the clinic. i am disappointed on that. the service was also a bit pricy in comparison to its competitors. i hope it improved

If you have Dermalogical skin challenges they will help you here but be prepared to pay a price for such expertise. It's not cheap but the results may be worth it.
