Had such a great time at Vasoh K Skin Clinic Cebu! 💖 I got a gel manicure, gel pedicure, foot spa, Hydrafacial, some treatments, and kilay — super worth it ang service and promo. The staff were so friendly and the place was really cozy, makarelax jud ka. I felt so fresh and happy after. 😡😡😡😡 Their Dumaguete branch is very unprofessional and lacks empathy toward customers. An appointment was already scheduled, but upon arrival, we were informed that the staff assigned to perform the procedure was unavailable and we were asked to reschedule. This has happened twice, without any consideration for the time, effort, and travel their clients make. The staff present at the clinic were rude and unprofessional, showed no empathy, and even mentioned that their boss does not coordinate schedules because the boss manages the page. The staff also said that they handle different services, so they have no idea whether the person assigned to facilitate a specific service is available or not. This clearly shows poor coordination and management. Please do not visit this clinic if you want to be treated professionally and with respect. 😡😡😡😡😡

Clinic at Silay Branch is 7/10 I arrived 20 mins late for my appointment but they still accept it 10/10 for that. My service was pedicure and nail extension, pedicure is smooth and fast mag-an hands si manang. I was just disappointed sa nail extensions on how long it took to finish, it started 3:30 and finished at 6:00pm more than 3 hours for a plain no design - no nail art nails. I wanted to have it ombre at first, with nail art and gems but decided na lang to make it plain para matapos na lang dason kay as in dugay dugay gid ya matapos. Gapa nail extension man ko before I know madugayan but not more than 3 hours. The nail tech is nice and friendly , the work is hipid its just that dugay and hinay. If youre someone na may laktan after your appointment better not on this place. Nail extensions is 999 - mid length and plain. For me, not worth it. 😔

First time getting my lashes, nails and facials here. Ang ganda ng gawa 😍. Hindi sya super pricey and quality is superb! Super bait din ng staff and owner. Very accommodating with excellent service. 🥰 Will surely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
