As a first-time patient at Belo Alabang, I was genuinely impressed from the very beginning. Upon arrival, both the guard and the doorman warmly greeted me despite the rain, even offering me an umbrella with a big smile. The front desk team also welcomed me kindly, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. I arrived early and was comfortably accommodated at the reception area, where Ms. Cath assisted me in filling out the necessary forms. When it was my turn, she guided me to the consultation room where Ms. Vrin gently cleansed my face and took photos for my skin analysis. She was very pleasant and careful, making me feel at ease throughout the process. After a short wait, Dr. MJ (Dr. Janina) came in for my consultation. I truly appreciated her gentle approach, both in how she examined my skin and in the way she explained my concerns and the recommended treatments in detail. She provided me with a list of suitable treatments, and afterward, Ms. Jesh thoughtfully re-explained everything, including the procedures and pricing, to ensure I fully understood my options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The treatment rooms provided a luxurious spa-like experience- loved the lavender oil at the start of the treatment, the convenient storage for personal items, how relaxing the lighting was, how the aesthetician and doctor exuded care and calmness. The staff were all professional, accommodating and attentive. Been to other non-Belo clinics where the (1) rooms are not as relaxing or well appointed and (2) staff would either be taking too long (because the prep work is not done before the client goes in the room) or are stressed/harried. I can definitely appreciate the difference in service and experience provided by your clinic.

What i like most is the ease of booking - The reminder and confirmation of the appointment booking, prior experience with the doctor assessment was a breeze - she asked me a series of question before arriving with what i needed. She thoroughly examined me, explained the treatment and procedures to be done.

It will always be the impeccable service. From the guards, receptionist, aestheticians, doctors and the whole staff, they make you feel welcome, well assisted and make you feel your best.

I always come back to Belo for its Quality of care, The needs of customers/ patients are very well taken cared of. All the staff in Belo smile and greet you and are very accomodating and polite.
