I recently visited this spa for a massage, and unfortunately, i’m not happy with the experience. The receptionist was welcoming though, but the massage itself was underwhelming; the therapists didn’t seem to know how to do proper full body and instead of a relaxing experience, I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. The room has a "smell" also and not as clean as I hoped, and the atmosphere lacked the soothing environment you would expect from a spa. The therapist are also opening curtains while we are still dressing up without asking if we are finish. Maybe they should try how other spas are doing it so they would know basic etiquette. I was really hoping for a rejuvenating experience, but this visit needs improvement.
