The best clinic, hands down. Dr. Bongalo has been taking care of my skin since 2020, and he’s the only one who truly gave me back my confidence. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. I love that this clinic never pushes unnecessary products, Dr. Bongalo simply works with your current skincare routine and helps you understand what your skin really needs. They have top-of-the-line machines and treatments, especially if you’re looking for anti-aging solutions. The staff are always warm and accommodating, and after 5 years of visiting, their level of service has remained consistently excellent. Oh, and the clinic itself? Absolutely posh and relaxing, such a lovely experience every time!
Very professional and knowledgeable. Doc Jaja is very patient oriented and you really feel he cares for you and finds the best treatment for you. He's gentle during procedure and the staff are very professional from the moment you come in until you leave. Everything is perfect and you leave basix feeling like a queen!
