Purchased a facial and it was "below average" After my facial, I looked in the mirror and the esthetician missed several obvious white heads. I was also irritated because the staff promoted a special of buy one, get the other service half off, which I gave to my husband which was one of the reasons why we chose this place. During payment, they did not honor the special and said that I was misinformed. The other reason why we chose the place is because their exterior facade looked like a legit spa place that was clean and spacious. We were surprised to see that behind the lobby walls, the facility was incredibly small, cramped, and I basically heard the other clients conversations with their esthetician. I also heard the noise of the kids jungle gym in the mall and the music they played at the spa was some Disney instrumental music.

Look for Susan in their Ayala, Cebu branch. She has the lightest and kindest touch - helps a lot when you are getting pricked! A bit pricey but she made it worth every penny. A/C on the room I was taken was dripping though - so to the management, this is a concern you might want to have a look.

Well this is the first time I ever got a facial, love the whole experience. Prepare to dose of while getting the facial. A real quiet and relaxing place. Also had my brows waxed, I was scari at first but hardly felt a single thing.
