Cleopatra Medical Aesthetics & Café - Uptown

Cleopatra Cafe is a cozy spot with a very accessible location, though parking can be a bit limited. We visited around 2 PM, so the place wasn’t too busy, and we got to really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. We tried the Tinolang Native Chicken, Grilled Tuna, Croissants, Salads, and a few desserts. The food was okay — nothing exceptional, but still satisfying. Prices are on par with other big restaurants around town, so it’s reasonably fair for what you get. What makes Cleopatra Cafe stand out is its gimmicky yet fun tech twist — they have a robot waiter and large touch-screen tables where you can place your orders. Definitely a unique experience that adds a modern vibe to the dining. The staff were courteous and accommodating, which made our visit more pleasant. Overall, it’s a comfortable, charming place worth checking out — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very dissappointing for a beautiful and hitech reataurant.Hitech was meerly their saving glory but the food for the price is not worth it. The service is worse. For first timers , no guidace that we have to use thecomputerized table for ordering.We were sitted for exactly one hour and I had to go to the counter for water even though there were human robots constantly eyeing us . Food was served after an hour and the robot which was 2 feet from us slowly slithered to all the tables in the restaurant then to us. When our food was served we had no plates or silverware to eat with. When i requested we were given smaal desert plate and 2 forks. Again requested for spoons and knives and she came back witha fork, a steakknife and huge serving spoon. After doing tthese i did not bother to request for glassesand ice as we got so frustrated and hungry which is now one and a half hours so we drank our soda from the can. Will never come back and will not recommend

The Wi-Fi was down at the time, so the staff gave us a piece of paper and a pencil and told us to write down our own orders. At first, we thought this was normal. However, we noticed that when other guests arrived, the staff took their orders personally instead of making them write them down. I feel that we were treated unfairly.

My disappointment on my recent visit of the Cleopatra restaurant ...Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for the following reasons: • The food served pancit cantoon was excessively salty. After requesting a replacement, the new dish had the same overly salty taste, making it unpleasant to eat. • The customer service was poor and did not reflect the level of care guests should receive. • The food did not appear fresh. In particular, the calamari was tough and lacked quality. Overall, the dining experience was unsatisfactory and not worth returning for. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the quality of both your food and service.

Bulalo, Fried Pompano were yummy. Servces offered was very poor, we feel that the waitresses were not happy rendering services, not attentive and to think it was not busy day 9/30/25 (Tuesday-lunch), flies flying while we are eating and no waitress to to call to ask for candles. Hopefully services will improve and flies will be controlled.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cleopatra Cafe. The smoothie was okay, nothing special, but the pancit guisado was unacceptable. The chicken used seemed like scraps, and worse, the pancit was full of small shards from broken chicken bones. What made it worse is that the pancit cost ₱450, which is quite pricey for the small serving size, especially considering the quality. It was honestly unsafe to eat and very off putting. Pancit is supposed to be comforting food, but this was a hazard. I had to stop eating midway because I was worried about choking or hurting my mouth. I hope the management pays more attention to food preparation and quality control, especially when it comes to removing bones properly. This experience really ruined what could have been a decent visit.

SERVICE IS VERY BAD! 👎 staff/servers has NO INITIATIVE‼️ Food is ok but too expensive for its price! Nothing extra ordinary! You can find more good food in other restos that are waaayy cheaper than cleopatra cafe! Kulang mga utensils binigay samin! The servers are all standing in the cashier area (the fact they are infront of us already) but they didnt care to provide us more utensils n plates. Kelangan mo pa lumapit sa cashier to inform them about it! The ambience of the cafe is cheap! Aside from their robot tables n server other furniture looks cheap! Too obvious they are trying to make the place look "luxurious" Personally, mahal lang sila when it comes to the prices in their menu but everything is cheap (the ambience and their horrible service) #neveragain
