I went to the Mandalagan branch 4 times until it was sold (I thought it was simply closed, I learned later the truth). Loved my massage therapist. I've had maybe 150 to 180 professional messages in the past several years in Ph and USA. Now I go the the Lacson branch, four times so far. I am VERY happy with Lurena. She is slightly better than the one I loved in Mandalagan. My criticisms are: 1. There is no way to call by phone for an appointment which indicates poor management - and indicates only that. Messenger only and the response time can be slow. 2. Lobby ambiance, ginger tea, footbaths are fine in terms of ambiance and service but massage booths are only separated by curtains and the spaces are too small by at least 15 inches all around. Small price for the great massage quality.

Worst service i have experienced the 2nd time i took my haircut with them, the first time i got my haircut at spa alhambra-east was okay. Stylist was nice and paid attention to what i wanted for my haircut. But when i had to get my hair cut again with the new stylist yesterday she asked me for my inspo and then cut my hair off right away without asking me first how short i wanted it to be, and even straightened my hair without being done cutting my hair and bangs first. I will never recommend this spa to everyone i know because of bad customer service. the stylist was so full of attitude.

Location is near NGC, loved the ambiance. Was supposed to have the package with sauna but we're told it was for mandalagan branch 🙁 we'll try mandalagan next time haha Very fast and friendly during booking as well as on site. Supeeeer loved the massage. Facial was okay. They offered ginger tea after the session. We'll come back since it's closer to home but we'll try mandalagan branch first. It's their biggest and it has resto.

Had an appointment at 10AM. I arrived at the salon 10:30 but the salon was closed. Tried calling their info number, no answers. I waited for 15-20mins still no answer. I was excited to try their services but this happened. Really disappointing.

Worst massage I’ve ever had

I had a confirmed booking at 6:30pm for 1.5hrs athletes care with the therapist I requested. When I was already outside the spa at 6pm, I received a message that the therapist will be a little late for my 6:30 appt bcoz she's doing something. Just to find out that they gave her a client for an hr massage even tho they knew she's been booked and there were other available therapists there!they asked me to wait for an hr.ofc I got upset bcoz they will even cancel appts if you're 10mins late, but it's ok to ask the client to wait for an hr?!they recommended a different therapist. I said I needed someone who is also good at hard massage, but got an awful therapist named grace that didn't even know my kind of massage. It's a deep tissue kind of massage,but I had to ask 5x to add more pressure. Then the therapist said that's my max strength.you can just request for a different therapist. So I did. Waited for 15mins for a replacement. The new therapist said that she will just continue my time from where the last one stopped and she was told she's done 20mins. Liar! After the issue with Rebecca cutting hours, every time I get a massage I have my timer on. So I showed to the therapist that she's done a lousy massage for only 10mins and 44secs!the next therapist wasn't so bad. But told me that I will not be relieved just after 1 massage. Not true! I've been a customer of this spa for years now and get my massage every 2wks or sometimes every week, getting the same athletes care massage and getting relieved if it's done right. This is why I always request for whoever I am used to. If they didn't confirm that Caroline is available, I won't go. The requested time and therapist were confirmed! This is the 2nd time that they overlapped another booking with my appt, asked me to wait for 30mins or so and changed my therapist to an awful one. Such a waste of time and money! Feeling more stressed instead of relief.
