I have been a customer of your clinic since October of last year and I would like to give a suggestion because these past few visits of mine it seems that there's no available Esthetician and this happens twice. I am working and needs to adjust my time to avail my facial check-ups in your clinic. And it really inconvenience on my part if I go to your clinic around 12noon and the front desk will tell me that there's no available Esthetician and most of them come to work by 1PM. What I suggest is, if there's is any need for facial check ups or follow up maybe you can give us your customer an appointment (date and exact time) so that we will not waste our time and money going to your clinic. Thanks!
Is nobody manning the phones? tried calling their landline numerous times to inquire, nobody ever picked up.
