I had a great experience with the diode laser treatment at this aesthetic clinic. The staff were professional and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable right away. The procedure was quick and surprisingly tolerable, thanks to the cooling feature. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed less hair growth and smoother skin with minimal irritation. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for their excellent service and effective results.

1. I availed a treatment package and paid the full amount, but at every appointment the aesthetician uses a different approach. 2. I tried their hydrafacial. I’ve been getting hydrafacials since 2023 from a different aesthetic clinic, but this is the first time I experienced that no water was coming out of the hydrafacial machine. When I asked the aesthetician why, she couldn’t even answer and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. 3. You arrive on time, but they make you wait for 30 minutes. After waiting that long, they let you into the treatment room, then the staff says they’ll just get something but it turns into another 30 minutes. Then you find out the staff is working in another treatment room with a different client, and you have to wait again for another available aesthetician. 4. They are very disorganized and they don’t respect their clients’ time. Imagine waiting for hours only to find out they’re already working on another client even though they were assigned to you. 5. Very poor management and disrespectful staff. Not worth your money. If there were a zero rating, I would give this aesthetic clinic a zero.

I had my eye bags treatment last december. The front desk staff ask for 13K cash payment instead of credit card payment. Also i have waited for almost 30 minutes before i got my treatment. The machine they used during the treatment was not working well, and in the middle of the procedure they have to ask someone to fix it. After the treatment, i didn’t notice any change in my eye bags. They also offered me a baby botox and instead of doing it on the same day, they ask me to come back another day. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! 👎🏼 never again
