I had an amazing experience at Ooh La Lash! Ate Angie welcomed me warmly and made the process super easy. The salon was clean, and my lashes turned out gorgeous—just what I wanted! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fab lashes. Can't wait to return!

Came from a different lash place that did not follow what I requested at all, so I went to Ooh La Lash (Galleria) since I liked how my lashes looked the 1st time I got them done there. The lash tech (sorry, I forgot your name 😭) took one look at my reference photo and immediately knew that I wanted a wispy cateye without me saying it. As expected, they did a great job with my lashes (just not sure how long the lashes will will actually stay on this time around lol)

If you want good lash extensions you should definitely come here! This is probably the best place in the mall. The staff was extremely nice and guided me through the process. This place is affordable, organized, and very aesthetically pleasing. I felt no pain what's so ever , very gentle process.

Coming here was sort of a waste of money. The quality of their lash extension as well as their glue is a 0/10. The lash retention was so poor na not even 24hrs after application is nag start na siyang malagas, like quite literally pag tayo ko after application eh nalagas na agad. Yung strands ng extension was so thick and heavy. Tapos the atmosphere pa is not so relaxing kasi their area manager is nagbbunganga that time. I have no qualms naman with their lash tech, super nice the girl who did my lash. Management should really consider investing in good quality products kasi that is what will keep your businesses afloat.

Staff was super friendly. Eyebrow threading was ok too. But the quality of the lashes are a letdown. Despite proper aftercare, the entire set has fallen off in 3 days. Money wasted, better go somewhere with more expensive lashes and better glue I guess.
