Lash Wishes Designer Lash Extention

UPTC Branch: I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff particularly the person in charge or cashier was passive aggressive and charging me more than what was fixed in their price range. I was an avid customer of this branch but when I got an eyelash removal the staff literally yanked out all of my eyelashes! Saying that it wouldnt come out from the glue that this very store used. Really disappointed. Never going here again. Take Note: i also had eyelash extensions done here and opted to have it removed

I am so wrong for not reading customer reviews first. I could've avoided going to this Lash Wishes to have my eyelashes lifted. The staff aren't even greeting customers when coming in, and wouldn't even offer or recommend you any lash services available. My left eye stings so bad as some of the bond or whatever they use to my lashes, got into my eye and irritates it that's why my eye is so red after the session. I got the lash-lift with tint and the tint keeps sticking to my eyelids and the lashes are not it... some are over-lifted, some are curled, and some are not. I was just trying to pamper myself as a birthday treat, and this is what I got? So disappointing! I would never get any lash services here, and this is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

First time to have my lashes done in the Ph since I live in Canada. Worst experience ever. I went to SM Marikina branch with my mom and sister. All of us had the same bad experience. First of all, I wonder what type of glue you guys use cause it smells like superglue which is def not suitable for lash extensions. That's why it hurts when you tear and the glue goes to your eyes. Second, the lash tech that did my lashes seems very inexperienced because most of it were stuck together that you can't comb it. No wonder it easily fell apart after a few days because it wasn't done properly and some of the lashes pokes the eye. Third, the lash tech made me wait for about 20 minutes that I had to ask how long was she gonna have me wait there. She finished one eye then kept going to another customer or to their other Brow Salon beside the one we were at. Why not finish one client first before doing another thing? So disappointing, I wish I got her name. Never going back here.

Went to uptc branch yesterday. Right after the procedure, lashes immediately fell when i combed it. It just keeps on falling and it hasnt even been 24hrs yet. This morning when i washed my lashes, this is all that fell. I paid 1,200 for this and it feels like i have to get a retouch even just after 2 days. If i were you just look for a real lash tech.

They have good reviews but lash extensions are personally not for me. I tried it for the first time for my cousin's wedding. It stung when they were attaching it because of the glue, but it was manageable. I had it removed a week later because I messed them up when I removed my makeup from my cousin's wedding without makeup remover, so that was my fault. It's a good thing it wasn't too expensive, so I didn't feel as bad about having had them for only a week. The wait time to have them removed was too long though even if it was a weekday. It's not a bad place and the service isn't too bad either, but I'll just stick with my mascara, thanks.

I've always had my lash extensions done here 2017-2019 (prior pandemic). I cannot count if I've had it done for over 3-5x already. I visit here not only because the shop is owned by my college classmate, but because the staff provides good service and very accommodating. I love their comfy purple plush service bed where I often find myself falling asleep while getting my lashes done. My lash extensions fully lasted up to three weeks (important to follow the reminders). But although pieces were falling off the second month, I still think they look good. 2022--I went back this June 2022, just a suggestion for improvement since Manila should still observe cleanliness to avoid Covid infection. The bedsheet where we'd lie down is not changed. I could still see some glue stains from the head part, atleast put a new towel on the head. The blanket given to us, I'm not sure if it's new or used already. You have 1 hr. face to face w/ the woman making your lashes, I suggest if she should put a mouth faceshield cause I think I had a sorethroat infection after the session and I heard her cough in between. Pls. spray disinfectant maybe every 30mins inside the whole store or place an auto-infrared disinfectant.

Terrible. They glued my left eye shut and lashes always looked droopy when I got them here. My eye was irritated for days, and the girls doing the lashes did NOT take any accountability. Also pretty sure they use superglue for your eyes, smells like it. Do not go here.
