VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! !!!! Nagpa.threading ako and eyebrow shaping, ang nangyare naging cleaning lang! Ni hindi pa malinis ang pagkaka cleaning ha. May buhok buhok pa masyadong nagmamadali wala man akong 5 mins na inayusan. Letche. Ako nalang sana nag ayos sa sarili ko. Dina nga malinis dipa maayos. Tapos ang sungit pa. U DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES FIRST! NAG SAYANG LANG AKO NG PERA!

I had a generally good experience during my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly skilled in what they were doing. The service was done with care, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness and customer comfort. The ambiance of the store was pleasant — clean, well-lit, and not overcrowded. However, as a first-time customer, I found it a bit challenging to locate the store. A clearer store location could help new clients. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the service and would consider coming back again. I also wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family who are looking for the same kind of service.

Among the store I went under the same company, this is the store that is easy to find. The place is cozy and clean. The manager and staffs are accommodating. This is my first time to do the Brazilian Waxing because I am really shy but the tech who did my Brazilian Waxing is nice and good at what she does. I will really go back to this place. This store deserves a 5 star 🙂

extremely dissatisfied. bad threading service from girl named ashley. she did her job super quick plus very uneven shaping. also the lady at the counter is very uninviting. my brows look much bad this time. never again! 🥲

Services we availed: Armpit, Brazilian, Brow Shaping, Lash Perm Upside: Value for money. Great packages, saves money compared to getting things done one at a time. First time to get my brows threaded, thought I wouldn't handle it but it was okay. Just a little painful. The staff who worked on us were great. They offer both hot and cold wax. Downside: Place is too cramped. Looks old, tired, and dingy. Waxing tables need fresh sheets. Also fresh towels. They should be thorough with cleaning and sanitizing after every customer. Maybe invest in a bit of upgrade and maintenance to clean the place up. When you're here: Choose hot wax. Relatively gets done faster and less painful than cold wax.

Service was a 2/10 at most, the ate who did my service wasn’t very hospitable and it felt like she was rushing when I was the only customer they have. The place was very unsanitary, no restroom to cleanup and the towel I used for cover was ripped/torn. Charged me ₱850 without even asking if I wanted the cold (cheaper) or hot wax (pricier). Definitely not worth it, get your service somewhere else and you’ll be much more satisfied

Worst threading experience ever. It was so done so fast that no care at all was given. The staff did not even bother to greet me properly because they were watching something. The lady assigned made me sit in a chair that you usually find in barber shops just at the entrance of their small store, so all the people outside can see. Right after the session, she went back to watching but while I was paying she moved slightly closer to the counter obviously waiting for a tip. Laybare does a better job and have better facilities.
