Rude employees. Starting with the receptionist - ang taray! The staff assigned to me - her hands were heavy indicating that she lacked training. Mas masakit yung pag apply niya ng wax instead of the actual waxing. Also, she was waxing in different directions! She kept insisting that I had lotion on my legs (lol i really didn't). The staffs were yelling on what the available menu was, and could be heard inside the rooms.

Thank you Ann for taking care of my booking. Pat, the sugarist was courteous, attentive and professional. Her hand was so light that my waxing trauma was taken away. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. Just in case, they don't have card option only cash & Gcash for cashless transaction.

Follows safety protocols. Made me wear sanitation covers for my shoes and hair. Accepts walk-in but its always better to set an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting long for your treatment.

I dont get any messges from them reminding me its been 3 weeks already. or thank you messge that I had my sugary wax there.. Not like the other branches. Only this branch I dont get any messages.. I already told to the receptionist but shes said I am the only one who didnt receive any messges from them.. 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Excellent service malinis yung salon. Approachable ang staffs sugaring since 2020 and never get back to shaving and plucking again

Staff is very nice and accommodating. They also have a 20% off grand opening promo that runs from Dec. 9 - Dec. 31, 2018.
