I was shocked! Over pricing sila sa pedicure with foot spa. Nagtanong ako sa mga salon along aguirre bf homes price is 450 to 500. Sila 700 to think halos walang nakuha sakin habang nag foot spa. Imbes itip mo sa tao nila wala na dahil sa taas ng price. Wag sana ganun, don't rob the people thinking that we live in bf homes.

I honestly can’t go out without my Ayumi eyelashes. I’ve been getting them done since day one, and I’ve been loyal since 2021! So I just got my eyelash extensions done and I love them! They look natural, lightweight, and make such a big difference. Also the ambiance here gives me more relaxed feeling! Can’t wait for my next session! 🤍

I wanted to have my lashes done here so I sent a message on their FB page. I didn’t received any reply so I went to their store instead. The lady at the front desk asked if I have an appointment because they do not have any lash tech tonight. I said I do not but I sent them a message half an hour ago, haven’t heard from them, so I decided to go there instead. She said that they do not have a FB page that’s why she wasn’t able to see my messages. She also said that they only accept reservations through phone call or viber. This isn’t true, she lied to me. I saw their FB page and it was their real account, there is also a sign at the desk with a QR code on how to book through FB, instagram, or viber. She was also a little inattentive, my bf saw a phone left at the waiting area and she didn’t even notice it was there. It wouldn’t have been an issue with me if she just admitted that she wasn’t monitoring their FB messenger, I too can’t reply back to every messages right away. But please don’t lie to your clients. She did, however, helped me book another appointment in a branch 40mins away.

They might be famous for their lash services but do NOT go for their nail services!!! Awful customer service and ruined my nails. -- Had polygel nail extensions for the first time at their Pergola branch late last year. It was very far from my expectations. I had a reference photo (plain and French tips) and chose the color myself from their samples. The color of the sample was very different and way brighter than when applied. I told this to the staff but she just shrugged it off and even agreed that it was different. She told me that she cannot remove it anymore since it was gel polish. But when she was doing the design on the nail, she wipes the gel polish off with cloth when she makes a mistake. I also had a pedicure. When we waited for the nails to dry, she confirmed that they were already dry. But the nail polish stuck onto the flip-flops. I was far from the branch when I noticed so I could not ask them to redo it. I had my polygel nails removed at the main branch along Aguirre. I had them removed after a week because my left index finger polygel nail already cracked. I am right-handed and I did not have any activities that could have broken the nails. When the polygel nails were removed, the tips of my index finger and thumb were cracked in the middle. Fortunately, they were not too deep.
