Super love my lashes! Nakalimutan ko hingin name nung lash tech nila pero iisa lang daw sya na tech doon. Magaang kamay nya at hindi masakit sa mata yung lash glue na gamit. Maganda rin yung facilities nila and malakas aircon. Nakatulog ako habang ginagawa nya lashes ko. 🤣 Must try!

I’m sorry but I have to give you 1 star for the quality of your work. Apparently, my first service was an eyelash lift but as you can see it doesn’t look like my lashes are lift even though I have long black natural lashes and so i decided to go back to them and just do the classic eyelash extensions.Unfortunately, after 1 week look at their artificial lashes it’s almost gone.

My first brow experience 😍

I had my microblading’s 1st session with them last April 01, 2022, with someone named "Master Belle". Sabi sakin that time, I should come back 1-2 months after for the second session. I reached out May 10, 2022 to ask if I can have my 2nd session but when I sent them a photo of my brows that time, sabi nila is dark pa. They can do the 2nd sess that time pero magiging super black so I decided not the proceed bcoz ofc, who would want to look like Betty La Fea with those black brows 😂 Then November 2022 came, I asked if pwede na ba mag 2nd session because it’s been 7 MONTHS since my 1st. I even visited the branch so they can personally check my brows pero ang sabi is as usual "Dark pa sya ma’am. Baka hindi maging maganda outcome kapag ginawa na yung 2nd session," and so on. Since wala naman ako idea, I said okay. I believed them because they’re the expert (?) LOL. After that, nagchat ulit ako around Oct. 2023 and asked if pwede na ba sa 2nd session. I was transparent to them kung kelan ako nag 1st session which was a year and a half na. But that time, I had pimple on my brow area so they advised not to proceed kasi mas okay daw wala pimple, so ok fine. Then April this year, nagchat ulit ako. I am always mentioned when I had my 1st session, and if mag 2nd session na ako, after care kit nalang ba babayaran ko, and the person I spoke to via chat said "yes ma’am after kit nalang babayaran." Today, I visited the clinic but those rude staffs refused to do my 2nd session dahil 2 years na daw. I said I always asked every time I chat them if valid pa ba yung promo kahit matagal na since sila naman ang ayaw gawin yung 2nd session dahil nga black pa. Lagi akong nag-iinitiate ng 2nd session pero ayaw nila. And sinabi nila na pag 6 months daw binubura na sa system nila yung records. Mind you, I reached out Nov 2022 which was 7 MONTHS after my 1st pero inaccommodate pa rin ako nung previous staff dahil may record pa ko, di nga lang ako ginawan ng 2nd. The whole point is, bakit nila ako kailangan pabalik-balikin over and over, then biglang sasabihin na 6 months and 1 day lang binubura na yung record. At bakit ang babastos ng staffs now? HAHAHA they even said that hindi na nila naabutan yung taong nag assist sa akin. I know 2 years was a long time, but every time nagchachat ako, sinasabi ko kung kelan ako nagpa-appointment. Kung sinabihan nalang nila ako that time na bawal na, hindi na ako umasa. Pwede naman maging honest, feeling ko tactic lang yung makapal pa and such na excuses 😆. PS: Yung numbing gel nila na tolerable daw, hindi naman pala HAHAHA mas malala pa when I had my tattoos and microneedling stuffs. Tsaka di maganda pagkakagawa nila LOL. Be better 🤪
