LASH WISHES TRINOMA BRANCH 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 !!!! Nagfrizzy/nasunog lashes ko dahil sa perm nila. Hindi ka pa makakarelax kasi parang palengke sa ingay mga staff (may 1, 2023)

Sm Sta Mesa Branch. Had the worst eyelash extension. First with the glue. Told my technician that it hurts and very stingy, technician brush it off saying its just a fume from the glue itself. When I ask about it after the session telling her its the first time that a glue is like that, she just told me that its from The office and they dont know what the glue was. Been doing lash extension for as long as i can remember, i know some glue has some fumes but the glue from this salon is vert sketchy. I can also feel that she is putting the lashes way too close to my lash line. Now it hurts like hell and have no way to have this removed since im overseas. The lashes are very stiff and uncomfortable. Never going back again. With all this negative reviews i guess i got unlucky trying this branch and salon

Walked in for underarm waxing, saw on the price list it was 220. Got waxed. The girl had some trouble removing small pieces of wax I don’t know why. Got charged 345 and I only realized later once I’d left and counted my change. Looked at the menu and saw that they charge different prices for different kinds of wax. Why was I not given the chance to decide which type of wax I wanted? They could have at least told me the total amount once I paid. Would not recommend.

Left there with a botched lash lift, I already told the technician to not over cook my lashes but still over processed it. And tried to "fix" it with apply glue to make them look "okay" waste of money. Not to mention staff were noisy and rude. Glorietta branch 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Worst experience. Glorietta branch used to be really good. Now the lash techs are super NOISY and unprofessional. They say they can accommodate appointments but they still follow first-come-first-serve basis. And they don't know how to isolate!! I think the only lash tech who knows how to properly do lash extensions is the one named "Dees" or "Daisy". Their lashes now are so itchy because they put so close to the skin. They also put a bunch of glue!! Lash wishes used to have great services for reasonable prices. I'm really disappointed with their service now.

I don’t know what is up with the negative reviews but I love Lash Wishes. This branch in particular has polite and accommodating staff, and my lash extensions are always perfectly set, clean, without too much glue. I always go for the Classic, with the thickness being just right, and I always get compliments at how naturally thick my lashes appear.

I don't usually write reviews, but I would never recommend this place. Went to the Glorietta branch and I felt uncomfortable from the start. 1. Lazy employees: when the lady behind the cashier asked someone to do my lashes, she said she didn't want to do it. 2. Cleanliness of tools: I got a stye a day after and my eyes kept itching If you want to get your lashes done, I'd rather recommend Brow Lounge - has trained employees with a good attitude.
