Please don’t let them handle your eyelashes. It was the worst service ever. The lady who did my lashes mas the one handling the payments she is tge casheir as well. I arrived there exactly 6:00pm I har the service done exactly 8:30 because that lady needs to go donw the stairs to get the payment and all and I will be left there lying waiting for her to come back and it happens several times during my session. I felt like I was never a priority. They lack staff and professionalism. The lady named rowelyn seems nice but the service? Never again!!! I hope they also promote hygiene as she needs ro wear gloves and mask when doing the service.

The worst! Had my nails done here, it was the worst!! I even got a wound and it was so sore. They arent doing things right and veryyy slooow. I tried to come back for another service and learned from my mistakes from my last experience that i need to book an appointment to secure my slot but only to realize when i booked my appt -- they arent able to assist me as someone is booked at the same time and they can do mine after an hour. wth?? theres no point of booking an appt. Poor service!! Will not recommend this place, ever!!!

The lady who did my lashes & nails was really nice but she did a poor job with both service. My nails were not evenly trimmed. "Premium" service but so disappointed. Then for eyelash lift with tint, mine ended looking like a joke. The right one is lifted while the left one curled up? 🙃
