Sa ospital na process itatawag muna nila sa medicard kung di pa expired at chargeable yung card. Saka nila ipaparoceed for check up. Alam ko sigurista lang kayo na mabayaran kayu if incase fake yung card. Pero di nmn lahat gusto ang refund na process. Magset nlng kayu ng timeframe for verification at sabi ng facebook rep nyo di kayu tumatawag sa medicard? Paano nangyare yun eh para marefund pera ng pasyente tatawag kayu sa medicard for card verification. Lagyan nyo nlng ng time frame for verification once verified saka i confirm ang booking yun lang very dissapointing.

Walang nasagot sa line nila. Pero kung magmessage ka meron naman. Yun nga lang kung tatawagan mo ayaw sagutin kahit hndi naman busy yung line. Tried many times to call them pero hndi talaga sila nasagot kpag tawag. Kapag txt mabilis sumagot

I'll definitely use this again! I've always had reservations when using teleconsult services because my family is on the conservative-side. But trying this one really saved me from all the hassle and fear of going out. I felt more comfortable talking to a doctor within the comforts of my home and I didn't have to worry about getting in contact with other people. My parents saw my experience and now they're slowly switching to teleconsult as well.

Not the best, to be honest. The doctor was on time and friendly and I did get my prescription. However, I had side effects with the medication she prescribed, so I contacted her through the email she gave me and I did not get a reply. I had no choice but to power through my five-day antibiotic course with zero support, all the while feeling dizzy every time I took my meds, which is every six hours, so you can imagine how sick and stressed I was the whole time. For a clinic that advertises premium services, I would've expected a reply. I probably would give them five stars though if I didn't need to get a follow-up.

Doc Mea has taken care of me and my daughter during our not so healthy moments. It really meant a lot to have someone who would listen to your concerns and symptoms and would prescribe the meds online. We’re very grateful for Eva and the convenience it brings.
