L.R. Briones Skin Clinique

Staff are not really good at providing accurate instructions in terms of payments. I got a skin biopsy here. Was told to come after 7 days to have the suture removed so I came, then they surprise me with a sudden charge of 800 for the removal. I'm okay to pay anything as long as they inform promptly and ahead of time but do not come and surprise me with sudden charges. Should consider that there are customers that nowadays go cashless. Lastly, according to BIR guidelines, businesses must issue receipts for every payment received, regardless of the amount but this establishment does not provide it unless you request it. Prescription that doctor prescribed was same as my previous dermatologist so there's nothing new and or extra in the service provided aside from the skin biopsy and suture removal.

Dr. Briones is really approachable and kind. I am her patient since 2010. Whenever I visit philippines I never fail to visit her clinic. She is the best dermatologist I've eever met. I feel safe and confindent with her care!💯

The staff is friendly and responsive, even on their Facebook page if you have inquiries. Dra. Briones is very soft-spoken and kind; she takes the time to explain everything you need to know about your skin concerns. I have hormonal acne, and I’ve seen improvements. You just need to be patient because there are many patients coming in for consultations, so the wait can be long—it’s on a first-come, first-served basis. The clinic accepts various payment methods, so you don’t have to worry about that. They also have three dermatologists available, allowing you to choose a doctor based on your schedule.

The staff is not approachable, and the service is too slow. The good thing is that the doctor is nice. But I don't think I should come back; my skin didn't improve from the medicine that they gave me.
