reading these reviews below I thought I'll experience the same na maghihintay ng matagal despite the appointment, but no! as soon as I arrived there 10mins earlier than my appointment time, pina akyat ako agad para isalang, walang waiting time! I wasn't able to ask the name of the one who assisted me pero super bait nya and chinichika nya ako during procedures, got their 8sesh revlite for 15k since naka promo super sulit! + nagbibigay ng official receipt even without me asking! iykyk di lahat nagbibigay ng OR these days

Terrible customer service! The absolute lack of regard for people’s time is disappointing. So disrepectful.
Horrible customer service. They hire staff that don’t know how to schedule properly. We had an appointment for 3:00 pm for consultation & instead of following the schedule they let someone else go ahead because she had "botox". What the hell does that have to do with my appointment? Made me wait 1 hr so I ended up leaving and going to cathy valencia.
I love this clinic! The staffs are very friendly and they will ask you from time to time if you need something or if you are comfortable. Great service. Will surely come back for my next session.
