Worst hospital ever. Facilities are dirty (won't pass as a hospital if checked). Worst service, staffs' instructions were all unclear and confusing since each one of them says different things.

I was helpless for about an hour having difficulty breathing and didn't have any medication at all that time. I haven't even had a chance to speak to a doctor. Nurse Hinacay obviously stated all the possible alibi she could use to refuse to treat me. We then transferred to a different hospital and stated everything happened. We showed them the same NON-COVID patient certificate from DRMC and finally got the chance to see a resident doctor and was advised to undergo some series of tests to finally know my health condition. It was very disappointing to have such experience with health workers particularly Nurse Hinacay of Panabo Polymedic Hospital who was very inconsiderate and didn't have any sympathy at all to help me out at that time. A lot could have happened in 30 minutes to an hour of them not extending any help at all even first aid to a patient who's having difficulty breathing. Laboratory results are given to be available the next day and we totally understood a specialist is not always available anytime but I would say it was very unprofessional to refuse to treat a patient just because I had a history of being placed as a PUI. If this is the case, all NON-COVID patients with health problems won't have the right treatment they deserve to feel better. It was a serious and an emergency case for a patient who had difficulty breathing and didn't even have first aid or had a chance to at least see a doctor, a resident doctor at least for any advice that would ease the pain I was experiencing that time.
