The lady guard on duty is unfriendly towards visitors doesn't offer any help or inquiry before lashing some words. Whoever wants to visit this hospital be aware of the super strict lady guard. This lady guard display no concern or any professialism instead of giving clear understanding towards confuse visitors she display unneccessary bossy attitude. Date: March 23, 2026 Time: 10:20 pm.
Their laboratory service is very poor and slow. The ones working their should get hearing aids and a clock. They purposely ignore you. I submitted the requirements and they told me to come get the results after 2 hours. I came back after 2 hours, and they said that it wasn't ready and that I need to wait for another 30 minutes to 1 hour!🙄
I would like to express my gratitude to this hospital, Malaybalay Provincial Medical Center as the BEST government hospita service I've ever experienced.👍🙏 I am very pleased on how they treated my parents. Staff, Nurses, and doctors are very approachable, security guards are very respectful and we'll accomodating❤️ SALAMAT JUD KAAYU NINYU. Taga Bislig ako parents, nianhi lang nag try patambal for the first time, and they were amazed with the excellent service🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️ God bless you po♥️🙏
The lady in the OPD counter in-charge/teller gets angry easily, even insults and shouts at me. Very bad service, I hope the BPMC officials will act on this matter
Expressing our dismay to the NICU at Bukidnon Provicial Medical Hospital for their improper care of premature babies. The hospital should implement the proper way of handling Premature babies as life will not be able to get back again.
BPMC is the biggest government hospital in the province. It serves the people of Bukidnon and is conveniently located beside the national highway. Parking is easy to find due to the spacious area. You can get medical certificates here, usually on the same day as the examination. The place is being continuously renovated and upgraded to higher standards and new extensions ate being built.
