I love how the new greenbelt 5 HOO branch looks like. I have been a loyal customer since the one they had in the ground floor. The staff are very accommodating and eager to serve and help you for your concerns and queries. There are several doctors available in the clinic however all are very knowledgeable and well skilled. So I don't mind whoever is the one that does My procedure. They have helped me with laser hair removal, pimple or acne problems and also Genesis for over all glow. It took me more than an hour before I can have my consultation with one of their doctors. This is despite a prior scheduled appointment. So disappointing.

I like how accommodating and welcoming the staffs are in HOO Greenbelt 5. The place was designed with ample space, making them extremely comfortable to use. There is a doctor accommodating room where you can discuss things and this simply cater to individuals with varying needs. The accessibility features are well-thought-out, providing ease of use for everyone. Thank you so much HOO for your excellent services. Still in disbelief on what happened. Doctor in charge spent 99% of the pre-procedure consultation on the phone, refused to examine or discuss potential risks and didn’t provide procedure costs. Avoid. Edit: Received a full refund for the consultation costs and the HOO team did the best they could to make this right. Positively surprised.

The doctor in charge was barely asking me any questions, barely even acted interested in my problem. Last straw was when he listed down a couple of things for me to use without even providing any context of what they are, when they should be used, and how it can contradict with certain ingredients in my skincare routine (which I had to figure out by drilling him on it to get the answers I needed). I've consulted with crowd-favorite doctors in Makati Med who have long lines of patients waiting for them, and they never act THIS disinterested in the consultation. Only plus is that 1/2 things he prescribed actually worked, so I guess it's worth 2 stars. EDIT: the clinic reached out to me and I do appreciate that, so I'll reiterate that the products prescribed did work and help my skin, which was good, but doctor's attitude is still a big no for me.
