Lanang Premiere Doctors Hospital, Inc. (LPDHI)

We went there last Saturday pra mag magpa check up for my brothers let kay nadisgrasya sa motor. We had x-ray and just waiting for the doctor to assess the legs para ma resitahan sya. We went there early around 8:30 am and we thought of going there kay duol and mingaw pero dli diay. Mas dugay pa diay mo mag hulat , maypag nidiretso nlng mig laing hospital. Not recommended, mura mag PUBLIC HOSPITAL kadugay.

Honestly, Lanang Premiere is pretty much one of the worst when it comes to hospitals in Davao City. If you're banking on getting great service here, just don't. Seriously, you'll be heating your butt in the Outpatient Department for close to two hours, easy. And the staff? I'm convinced they haven't had proper training. They're all over the place, can't give you a straight answer, and the attendants often look more confused than you do. I've been dumb enough to go there twice, hoping for a miracle the second time around, and no – still a bad service!!!

I went to see ENT doctor here. Was rescheduled 2 times and finally told to be there today at 1:30 pm. I arrived a few minutes early only to find that 6 others are scheduled for 1:30 pm. 2 pm comes and nobody is being served. I asked the sheep wearing her silly mask at front desk what was wrong and she said the doctor has not arrived and not called in yet. So we are sitting here sweating our backside off in a hot lobby for a doctor who maybe is somewhere playing his last round of golf. You want me to let someone this unprofessional dig around in my throat and ear? I don't think so, I rather trust the cahier at KFC. Avoid this nuisance of a place.

Still pretty bare. Limited number of clinics. Many are still under construction. Cafe doesn't have too many options too. Its far from fully operational.

How can you call it Premier when your services are really slow. It's not my first time to go here for a consultation. But everytime I do, it always consume my whole day. I wonder why. Spend most of my time waiting. Not just an hour but more. Not so accommodating counter personnel. Please improve your system.

For a facility labeled as "Premiere," their online system was quite disappointing. The staff members were polite and accommodating, but unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about the system being down. I arrived early, well before the opening time of the HMO service, and have already been waiting for two hours, yet the system is still not functioning. Since I have work later today, I am unable to wait any longer
