I was disappointed with my experience. While waiting in the reception area, I noticed two receptionists watching videos on their phones at full volume, while I waited in the waiting area hearing everything. When I was called in for my facial, the technician was very gentle, which I appreciated. There wasn't much conversation, which was fine, but I was hoping for more thorough extractions. Unfortunately, I could still hear the loud videos from the front desk area during my treatment. Overall, the experience could have been much better.

Great service, the staffs are very accomodating. The ambiance is very aesthethic and clean. There is a Free Consulation before the procedure. They give me the best facial, and it was worth my money. Thank you, will definitely come again. 💗💗💗

Trying to avail their drip services, and the lady who tried to find my veins tried 3x with no luck. I dont think she is a nurse, and I also noticed that she wasn't wearing gloves. This is my first time experiencing that someone couldn't find my veins for the first time. They should hire a professional nurse who will perform IV drip so the customer will not be traumatized from this kind of service. I walked out from their clinic without even an apology from one of the staff. I am greatly disappointed. 😞
