The facilities have poor and disappointing quality. Walang aircon sa waiting areas ng outpatient. Malaki ang singil pero ang init habang nag aantay sa pila. Yung bed and IV stands na binigay while admitted ay kinakalawang. Hindi gumagana functions. Bumawi lang sa staff na accomodating.

Parking space is limited. The hospital layout is like a labyrinth. Deadends, runabouts and curious atriums. With the volume of people visiting the hospital i saw only two toilets for male and female. It was conveniently hidden somewhere in the maze for limited access. Like all hospitals i visited in the city, they have this cold, metal benches at the waiting areas. They are cruel devices for bad backs.

Been here more often than wanted. First few admission was considerably less expensive. Medical facilities are updated. Rooms at the new building are wonderful. I would recommend room 333. Blood transfussion need is readily available but you may not appreciate the price. Only a few parking space available for a big hospital. Canteen has a wide choices of foods. Most tastes good! I had one checkup at an ENT while confined and cost 15k (one visit only). Pneumonia and transfussion cost +150K. At one time we were charged +25K for emergency room. Didn't take an hour there. Extra visitor charge per night is 100.00 We've had the smae medical need at Poymedic Plaza and it cost us 1/4 from CUMC...haha

Money-hungry hospital. I would never recommend anyone to be in this Hospital. Billing station service is so poor, social office and record office services is very bery poor. They just want your money and gives a shitty service.

Money-hungry hospital. Got into an accident and the first thing they did is ask if we have insurance. Then made my wife sign papers wanting the doctor to perform surgery. Take note that no CT Scans were yet performed, no doctor explaining what was wrong yet, and no diagnosis even explained. Then when we were discharged, we had to procure the records ourselves (hospital or doctor didn't give the results of the CT Scan, ultrasound and x-rays), the doctor didn't tell us the diagnosis, and didn't even tell us what to do and what physical activities were restricted as we were banged up from the car accident. They have complete facilities but their care is to be desired for. Just do your lab tests here, then go to another hospital for diagnosis. They will milk you of your money dry here.

My recent experience in CUMC last monday July 14, 2025. I took my son to see an ENT doctor. I think that Dr. Florita Luspo scam us. Her consultation was so expensive and very bogus. She even sold us eardrops for my son which is the drops was not appropriate for his age. The ear drops was also so expensive. She is not a kind and friendly doctor that you can not even ask questions. She was really strict. I also dont like her secretary. I agree with other reviews that this hospital is money hungry. I highly dont recommend this doctor to anyone. Always read the read the caution in the medication she gives.

This hospital is the one I go for my annual checkups. Like other reviewers have stated, parking is a nightmare. However the doctors and specialists I have consulted are experts and very professional. This visit was for my Executive Checkup which I try to do annually. This time, I decided to be a day patient (the option to include an overnight stay I had previously experienced). The private lounge they offer is comfortable to rest in between the various tests. And staff guide you from test to test, so everything is well managed. A few of the departments we went to could be more efficient.
